MPMED GROUP refers to MPMED GROUP and its brands, together with its subsidiaries, affiliates, and associated companies (hereinafter collectively referred to as “we,” “our,” “the Group,” or “MPMED GROUP”). This MPMED GROUP Privacy Policy (hereinafter referred to as the “Privacy Policy”) applies to all personal data that we may obtain (currently or in the future) from the following parties: (i) existing customers; (ii) potential customers who provide personal data to us and express interest in our services and products (hereinafter collectively referred to as “services and products,” and individually as “products” and “services”); and (iii) third parties who provide services and products to us. This Privacy Policy does not apply to personal data that we obtain for recruitment or employment-related purposes.

Please read this Privacy Policy carefully to understand how we are committed to protecting your privacy and ensuring that your personal data is safeguarded. When we collect your personal data, you must select the checkbox provided by us to indicate that you agree to and understand this Privacy Policy.

1. Your Privacy

We respect the privacy of everyone’s personal data and are committed to complying with the provisions of the Hong Kong Personal Data (Privacy) Ordinance (the “Privacy Ordinance”) to ensure that your personal data privacy is protected in accordance with the law. To this end, we require all employees to comply with the Privacy Ordinance in the manner applicable to the Group and to adhere to the strictest standards of security and confidentiality. “Personal data” means information relating to a living individual from which it is practicable to identify the individual, and which must be recorded in a form that is accessible and processable. We may collect your information in the following items/categories:

1. Information about you;
* Your name, gender, age, date of birth, Hong Kong Identity Card number/identity document number, telephone number, fax number, residential address, correspondence address, email address, signature, biometric data, and biomedical samples;

2. Information related to your appointments or use of our services and/or products;
* Credit card information, biomedical samples, medical records, medical reports, medical images, and medical pictures;

3. Information about your affiliated organizations, friends, or family members;
* The name of the organization, your position in the organization, your staff/membership number in the organization, the names of your friends or family members, your relationship with such friends or family members, their Hong Kong Identity Card numbers/identity document numbers, and their signatures;

4. Information collected when you visit our online platforms, including websites, mobile applications, social media platforms, and/or our online communications with you (please refer to Section 6 on Cookies Usage);
* IP address, browser settings, browsing history, and/or other internet log information;

5. Other information that you may wish to provide to us;
* Your occupation, education level, interests, activity preferences, social media contact details, and any other information that you may disclose to us from time to time.

6. Please be assured that we may not collect every item of personal data mentioned above, but we will comply with this Privacy Policy whenever we obtain your personal data.

2. How We Collect and Store Your Personal Data

MPMED may collect your personal data through the following methods:
1. Directly from you when you register/apply to become an MPMED member;
2. When you submit personal data to us and express your interest or purchase our services or products through our website, social media, any online or face-to-face communication;

3. Directly from third parties (e.g., acquiring companies, licensors, strategic business partners, owners, and franchisees); and

4. Other sources (e.g., public databases, marketing partners, and other relevant third parties).

You may also be invited to provide personal data to us when using our services and products. All personal data will be stored in MPMED’s systems.

Queries or Comments
If you have any comments or queries regarding the above Privacy Policy, wish to complain to us about our handling of your personal data, or wish to correct, access, or stop the use of your personal data, please write to Room 618A, 6/F, Tower A, Mira Place One, 132 Nathan Road, Tsim Sha Tsui, or send an email to mpmedclinic.hk@gmail.com. If your comments, queries, complaints, or requests involve illegal or incorrect data, we may not be able to fulfill your request. Upon receiving your comments, queries, complaints, or requests, we will process and follow up within a reasonable timeframe.

The terms of this Privacy Policy are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region of the People’s Republic of China.

In any case, if there is any conflict or inconsistency between the Chinese and English versions, the English version shall prevail.
